What wireless phone service provider has the most area coverage in Washington state?

We currently use T-Mobile wireless as our provider. We travel a lot in Washington, Oregon and Idaho and frequently get "No Service" when we're not on an Inter-State freeway. We're thinking about finding a new provider when our current contract is up in March. Any travel over any of the Cascade Mountain passes other than Snoqualami Pass means lots of "No Service" time. Anyone have better experiences with other wireless services?
